**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, working with their assigned clients, visiting & inspecting properties on behalf of their clients, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales to help students find their ideal apartments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
- Be a brand ambassador and represent the company in key events.
- Conduct apartment tours and consultations with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords.
- Negotiate rental agreements and close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
- Stay updated on market trends and apartment availabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or rental services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with the Montreal rental market is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and French is preferred.

**Résumé du poste**:
Nous recherchons un agent commercial dynamique et axé sur les résultats pour rejoindre notre équipe. L'agent commercial sera responsable de générer des prospects, de travailler avec leurs clients assignés, de visiter et d'inspecter des propriétés au nom de leurs clients, de fournir un excellent service à la clientèle et de conclure des ventes pour aider les étudiants à trouver leurs appartements idéaux.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Générer et suivre les prospects par divers canaux.
- Être un ambassadeur de la marque et représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements clés.
- Organiser des visites d'appartements et des consultations avec des clients potentiels.
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients et les propriétaires.
- Négocier les contrats de location et conclure les ventes.
- Fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et répondre aux demandes des clients.
- Se tenir informé des tendances du marché et des disponibilités des appartements.

**Exigences**:

- Expérience avérée en vente, de préférence dans l'immobilier ou les services de location.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Familiarité avec le marché locatif de Montréal est un plus.
- Bilingue en anglais et en français est préférable.
