**_WHAT YOU’LL DO: _**

**_As a member of the Finance team, the Program Business Support Specialist contributes to the PRHC effort to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and the development of the financial operating budget/forecasts and adherence to related deadlines for areas of responsibility. The Program Business Support Specialist is also a key stakeholder in the process for the development of new initiatives as well as being a direct liaison in the ongoing movement towards a more integrated health care model. _**

**_WHAT YOU’LL BRING: _**
- **_University degree in Finance, Health Administration, or Health Information or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience _**:

- **_CPA designation obtained, or professional experience and written requirements for CPA designation are substantially complete _**:

- **_5 or more years of accounting experience _**:

- **_Healthcare experience would be considered an asset _**

**_WHO YOU ARE: _**
- **_Demonstrated expertise and experience in performance measurement and reporting, as well as operational and financial processes including benchmarking _**:

- **_Ability to engage stakeholders, understand business objectives/requirements, develop performance measures and design reports and analytical tools tailored towards stakeholder and organizational needs to establish trends and help draw valid conclusions _**:

- **_Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism _**:

- **_Strong analysis and problem-solving skills _**:

- **_Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint) _**:

- **_Knowledge of financial/statistical information (OCDM, OHRS, HIT) considered an asset _**:

- **_Demonstrated excellence in communication, ability to manage multiple projects, critical thinking, leadership and teamwork _**:

- **_Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines and changing directions _**:

- **_Self-directed, action oriented and highly motivated _**:

- **_Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. _**:

- **_Approachable, friendly and easy to talk to/work with _**
