**Про команду AIR Brands, куди шукаємо спеціаліста**:Вже понад 9 років ми допомагаємо брендам зростати: створюємо брендові YouTube канали, менеджеримо колаборації з блогерами та дистрибутуємо контент на різні платформи, серед яких, наприклад - Reddit, TikTok, Instagram та інші.
**Вимоги до кандидата**:
- Досвід роботи на посаді бренд-менеджера від 1-го року.
- Розуміння основ маркетингу та digital-реклами.
- Досвід роботи з різними каналами просування в digital маркетингу: PR активності, офлайн активації, РРС, робота з соц. мережами, інфлюенс-маркетинг і т.д.
- Вміння працювати в Notion, ClickUp, Nethunt, Google Docs
- Розуміння дистрибуції контенту та трендів в соц мережах.
- Гарні навички тайм-менеджменту.
- Досвід взаємодії з клієнтами та різними бізнесами.
- Гарні аналітичні навички.
**Обов’язки**:
- Розробка та реалізація стратегій розвитку бренду нашої агенції.
- Проведення аналізу ринку та конкурентів.
- Управління рекламними кампаніями та активаціями бренду.
- Взаємодію з внутрішніми командами та зовнішніми партнерами.
- Моніторинг ефективності маркетингових заходів та їх коригування.
- Створення та просування публікацій про діяльність команди.
- Просувати бренд агенства через різні конкурси та рейтинги.
**Умови роботи**:
- Графік: Пн-Пт, 8-ми годинний робочий день з гнучким початком та кінцем робочого дня (починаємо до 11).
- Віддалений формат роботи (є можливість відвідувати офіс).
- Співпраця по ФОП (є можливість інших варіантів оформлення).
