Digital Solutions Performance Manager

**Role and Responsibilities**
**The role we are offering you**:
Owns the Digital Performance governances and reporting structure:
- Measure progress towards business objectives
- Create and update quarterly governance material for review with Civil Group President
- Define the Sponsors review calendar & format
- Create and maintain reporting templates
Has a global view of our progress towards delivering value for the business and identifies action plans with the teams to continuously increase that value:
- Works with the different program and product managers to monitor our key performance indicators
- Helps the teams identify opportunities to improve
- Ensures risks are identified and mitigated, including impact and probability
- Creates and maintains action plan required to help improve performance
- Monitors budgets and financial risks
Works with the Business Intelligence team to put in place and manage our OKR’s and performance dashboards:
- Defines indicators to be measured
- Create dashboard structure and templates
- Ensures quality of data
Establishes structure of objectives and key results (OKR’s) with sponsors and teams
- Defines business objectives supporting Civil strategic plan
- Ensures each objective is measurable and tracked accordingly
- Works with the program and product managers to identify actions required to achieve objectives
Leads the preparation of the Digital Investment Book
- Works with the different teams to translate business goals and initiatives in investment book format, including high level timelines and estimated effort
- Create template to be used for each product
- Ensures business value and ROI are well defined
- A bachelor degree
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills in French and English
- Continuously drives toward process improvement and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should be able to assess a complex landscape, seek facts and develop logical, fact-based recommendation and present to leadership
- Ability to work in ambiguous environment and take ownership of job responsibility
- Prior experience / exposure revenue management best practices
- Capable of influencing others
