As a trainer, you will play a key role in preparing and launching our new restaurants, ensuring quality training, and maintaining our standards. You will be responsible for conveying our brand values and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

**Your Missions**:

- Assist in restaurant openings, team training, and inventory management to ensure a successful launch.
- Provide quality training to new teams according to brand standards to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Ensure that training complies with provincial health and safety regulations.
- Convey brand values during training to reinforce company culture and ethics within the team.
- Ensure training standards are met and operational procedures are properly applied.
- Assess new employees’ skills and collaborate with the responsible person to implement development plans if necessary.
- Actively contribute to branch activities to better support new employees in their tasks and daily processes.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, the restaurant industry, or a similar role.
- You can adapt your training methods to different learning styles and are able to guide and motivate a team.
- You handle difficult situations well while maintaining good relationships with others.
- You like to stay up to date with new training trends and incorporate this knowledge into your programs.
- You are a time management ace and can coordinate content, learners, and training schedules efficiently.
- You are ready to travel frequently between different branches and adjust your schedule as needed.
- You have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle to travel within your work area.
- You speak English.
