(RBI) owns four prominent quick service brands – TIM HORTONS, BURGER KING, POPEYES, and FIREHOUSE SUBS.
This position reports to the Director, Growth Channels, Test Markets & New Product Introduction for Tim Hortons Canada. The successful candidate will lead new product launches in food and beverage categories, coordinating closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Quality Assurance to support business priorities.
- Develop and execute projects from research to commercialization, ensuring seamless collaboration across functions.
- Ensure successful national and test market program launches through cross-functional coordination.
- Drive initiatives to enhance restaurant go-to-market strategies and profitability.
- Maintain visibility and alignment across test and national initiatives through the Tim Gate process.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in QSR or retail companies or marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to direct and influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
