**Overview**
The Manager, Guest Services is responsible for ensuring that Tim Hortons has a best-in-class support program by monitoring and supervising Guest Service processes & vendors. This position is responsible for holding all involved accountable to performance standards, managing guest escalations, reporting and continuous functional improvements. This role will be the SME on the Guest Resolution process & best practices and provide coaching and guidance to relevant cross functional teams as needed.
**Responsibilities**
Ensuring a best-in-class support experience by
- Overseeing adherence to processes and procedures of internal & external resources supporting the Guest Resolution process. Identifying and executing on-going process improvements across internal and external vendors
- Managing 3rd party vendors
- Maintaining technology platforms to support program requirements.
- Reporting on trends and 'out-of-norm' ticket trends to drive improvements to the overall Guest Experience
- Resolving case escalations and unique guest inquiries independently or in collaboration with relevant cross functional teams such as Legal, Communications, or Product stakeholders
- Engaging with the cross functional team to align on, and prepare for upcoming/on-going promotions, campaigns, and initiatives
- Assisting with Other Tasks and duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills with a knack for learning new technologies
- Proven track record of successful execution projects and initiatives
- Advanced skills in Customer Service, Microsoft Office Applications
- Post-secondary degree in Management, Economics, Hospitality, or Business
