**Who We Are**:
Squamish Nation consists of 23 villages and is comprised of descendants of the Coast Salish Aboriginal people who live in the present-day Greater Vancouver area, Gibson’s Landing, and Squamish River watershed. The Squamish Nation has occupied and governed the territory since beyond recorded history. The Squamish Nation's culture is rich and resilient. We continue to practice our customs and traditions, which are strongly interconnected with our traditional territory. Together with our lands, our customs and traditions are the foundations of who we are as Skwxwú7mesh.
As an organization, we provide support to the greater Squamish Nation Community through service. With 12 departments with individual areas of expertise, we ensure Community Members have access to necessary programs and services.
**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Working as an integral part of the Ta na wa Yúus ta Stitúyntsam̓ Rights and Title Department Department, reporting to the Director, Rights & Title, This position serves as the primary contact between Squamish Nation and BC Hydro, facilitating an effective working relationship. High volume of work is associated with the Capital Plan in Squamish Nation territory. The incumbent will establish and coordinate communications and logistics between the parties with respect to all of the activities related to implementing the Agreement with BC Hydro. Provide analysis and technical support to Squamish Nation related to the implementation of the Agreement. The incumbent is well organized and requires strong interpersonal, technical/administrative skills; with exceptional time management, multi-tasking, customer service skills; and works well independently under mínimal supervision. Position requires a thorough understanding of project management, is highly detailed oriented, and works well in a team oriented environment. Operates at a high level of people interaction and must be able to respond with courtesy, tact and diplomacy.

**Salary**: $60,652 - $67,848 annually, plus a comprehensive benefit program.
