**Marketing Intern Position - North Bay High School**

**Duration**: 2-6 months (flexible start dates)

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our team. This position offers a hands-on experience in various areas of marketing, including digital campaigns, content creation, event planning, and social media management. Outstanding interns will have the opportunity to be considered for full-time employment after the internship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, and social media content)
- Help manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of school events and student recruitment campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative and strategic projects
- Assist in organizing promotional events, including setting up, logistics, and post-event reporting
- Analyze campaign and event performance, providing insights for improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Creativity and an eye for design (basic graphic design skills are a plus)
- Proactive and willing to take on new challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
