Permanent full-time (35 hours per week)
Evening, weekend, and overnight work may be required; On-call shifts on a rotational basis are required
**HOURLY RATE**:
Minimum $37.38 to maximum $46.45 per hour; salary commensurate with education and experience; competitive benefit and pension package

Muskoka, Parry Sound, Timmins, and Northern Ontario each year. We provide quality clinical, navigation and professional support in the areas of autism, behavioural, developmental, mental health, and rehabilitative services.

The Manager of Clinical Services - LITS is accountable to provide clinical leadership to the Live-In Treatment Services program at Hands, which is an intensive out of home service that provides treatment in a 24/7 residential care setting for children and youth. This includes providing supervision and oversight to regulated and non-regulated health professionals.
The Manager is a contributing member of the divisional leadership team, which implements Agency directions and priorities, sets divisional direction in collaboration with senior leadership and models behaviours consistent with Agency values and policies. They participate in the development, design, and maintenance of the clinical model of the Live-In Treatment program. They meet with community partners and advisory committees to review needs in the community, and act as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, Nursing, Occupational
Therapy, or a related field, with the ability to practice the act of psychotherapy
- Current registration with one of the following professional colleges: OCSWSSW, or MSW designation, COTO, CPSO, CNO, CPO or CRPO
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated progressive managerial experience including clinical supervision and oversight in a relevant field, preferably within a Live-In Treatment setting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Advanced understanding of the Mental Health Act, Child and Family Services Act, and Health Care Consent Act
- Advanced crisis intervention, assessment, and care planning skills
- Experience with counselling and therapy, crisis management and de-escalation
- Proven ability to effectively manage projects from conception to implementation
- Experience with developing both internal and external partnerships to aid in the assessment, creation, and promotion of relevant programming for the community
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety, with a willingness to contribute and lead in the culture of safety and prevention of adverse health events for clients and their families/caregivers, colleagues, other community members and yourself
- Demonstrates professionalism in dealing with highly confidential information and situations
