The Manager of Clinical Services, Lotus Youth Centre is responsible for day-to-day service operations, including managing staff, program delivery, and client and community partner relationships. The Manager is an active contributing member of the Agency’s Leadership Team (ALT) and leads in alignment with Agency’s Mission, Vision, Values and Leadership Model.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Master’s degree in Health Sciences; registered as a regulated health professional in the Province of Ontario and able to perform the act of psychotherapy.
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience of increasing responsibility including direct clinical and client service experience in a relevant field.
- Management experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant evidence-based clinical practices.
- Knowledgeable and experience in anti-oppressive practices related to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
- Experience in program development and program evaluation.
- Base level knowledge and understanding of clinical risk analysis and mitigation practices.
- Experience working with community partners and agencies to provide quality integrated services for clients.
- Experience in human resources management practices, including team development, training, coaching and mentoring staff.
- Experience with LEADS Framework, change management, performance management, project management, risk management, continuous quality improvement practices, data management and analysis.
- Knowledge of regulatory expectations and relevant legislation.
- Knowledge and experience in holding Agency wide and provincial perspectives with strategic decision making.
- History of working productively and collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Must have excellent communication skills including excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills, and be proficient in making presentations and professional business writing.
- Advanced software skills using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook); experience using Client and Human Resources Information Systems an asset.
- Highly adaptive, resilient, and responsive to changing circumstances.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety, with a willingness to contribute and lead in the culture of safety and prevention of adverse health events for clients and their families/caregivers, colleagues, other community members and yourself
- Demonstrates professionalism in dealing with highly confidential information and situations

Le/la gestionnaire des services cliniques, Centre de jeunesse Lotus est responsable des opérations de service quotidiennes, notamment de la gestion du personnel, de l’exécution des programmes et des relations avec les clients et les partenaires communautaires. Le/la gestionnaire est un membre actif de l’équipe de direction de l’agence et dirige en accord avec la mission, la vision, les valeurs et le modèle de leadership de l’agence.

**EXIGENCES**:

- Maîtrise en sciences de la santé ; inscrit en tant que professionnelle de la santé agréé dans la province de l’Ontario et en mesure de fournir des services de psychothérapie

Minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience progressive avec des responsabilités croissantes, y compris une expérience clinique directe et une expérience du service à la clientèle dans un domaine pertinent

Expérience de la gestion, dans un environnement clinique de préférence
- Connaissance approfondie des pratiques cliniques pertinentes fondées sur des données probantes
- Connaissance et expérience des pratiques anti-oppressives liées à l’équité, à la diversité et à l’inclusion
- Expérience en matière d’élaboration et d’évaluation de programmes
- Connaissance de base et compréhension de l’analyse des risques cliniques et des pratiques d’atténuation
- Expérience de la collaboration avec des partenaires et des agences communautaires en vue de fournir des services intégrés de qualité aux clients
- Expérience des pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines, y compris du renforcement des équipes, de la formation, de l’encadrement et du mentorat du personnel
- Expérience du cadre LEADS, de la gestion du changement, de la gestion des performances, de la gestion de projet, de la gestion des risques, des pratiques d’amélioration continue de la qualité, de la gestion et de l’analyse des données
- Connaissance des exigences réglementaires et de la législation pertinente
- Connaissance et expérience de la prise en compte des perspectives de l’ensemble de l’Agence et de la province dans la prise
