Remissio Massage and Wellness Center is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated **CLINIC MANAGER **who will be responsible for ensuring the clinic is running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
The Clinic Manager reports to the CEO and oversees a team of 3 Client Experience Coordinators (CECs). The Clinic Manager position is expected to work 5+ shifts per week at the front desk, fulfilling additional CEC duties, as necessary. Evenings and weekends may be required.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
As the Clinic Manager you will have responsibilities in a number of areas, including:
**Client Care**
- Provide a high-energy, enthusiastic welcome to clients, fostering a positive experience
- Act as the source of information for clients and encourage proactive booking of future sessions
- Celebrate client milestones, contribute to community outreach, and business development initiatives
**Client Experience Coordinator Team**
- Foster clinic culture and manage the Client Experience Coordinators (CECs), including providing feedback on their performance
- Coordinate monthly Elevate CEC Meetings, including creating the agenda and meeting minutes
- Manage front desk communication and walk-in procedures
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new CECs and practitioners (as needed)
**Clinic Operations**
- Collaborate with the CEO on process improvement, policies, procedures, document creation, training manuals, and organizational development
- Conduct weekly meetings with the CEO overseeing the team's operational success
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all areas, including waiting rooms, session rooms, and product displays
- Regularly sanitize the space and oversee general cleanliness
- Address and manage issues in the clinic space, reporting to the CEO
- Oversee scheduling, invoicing, collections, and outstanding payments
- Direct procedures related to specific programs and client types.
- Monitor payroll, compensation reports, callback logs, and inventory management.

**Marketing**
- Create Instagram and Facebook posts on Canva
- Co-manage social media channels, capture content, and create posts for last minute openings
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinic Manager, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Clinic Experience Coordinator, or equivalent
- Experience with insurance company requirements, treatment/product sales, and billing process
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as within a team, effectively and efficiently delegating and completing tasks
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong sales, communication and customer service skills
- Focused on team growth and development
- Open-minded and adaptable to new workflows and business initiatives
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and/or weekends as needed
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Understand and embody the Remissio vision, mission and values to deliver the Remissio experience
- Have experience as a front desk clerk, administrative assistant, and/or manager
- Have relevant education or experience in the therapy or wellness industry
- Have experience leveraging social media to promote business
- Be able to communicate in French (written/oral)
