Leasing and Resident Experience Coordinator

We are looking to fill a full-time, permanent position for a Leasing and Resident Experience Coordinator at one of our residential buildings in the GTA.
The Leasing and Resident Experience Coordinator will report to the Property Manager with duties aligned to other members of the head office support team. Working in the on-site rental office they are responsible for community showings and leasing, collaboration on leasing and retention programs, resident communication and customer service, reporting, rent collection and administration.
The Leasing and Resident Experience Coordinator role requires flexible working hours with some weekend work based on business needs. It may require other duties in line with the scope of the role and function of the business.
**Duties**:
- Establishing a comprehensive knowledge of the residential community, including availability of suite types and layouts, common areas and amenities of the building and value-added services provided;
- Conducting regular market surveys, analyzing competition and identifying market trends for the purpose of providing input and recommendations on pricing and strategy;
- Ensure that all leads are responded to, and all traffic is documented appropriately;
- Actively managing the renewal process and retention program with existing residents;
- Organizing resident events and activities at the property aligned to the resident base to increase customer loyalty;
- Collaborate with marketing team on the property’s newsletter and monthly calendar.
- Conducting suite turnover inspections and work closely with Property Management to ensure suites are delivered on time and as promised;
- Coordinate and schedule day-to-day maintenance jobs in liaison with management
- Adhere to company and industry standards and policies
- Maintain detailed notes regarding residents and daily activities at the building
- Collect rental payments and tenant requests in the rental office, deliver notices to units and post notices in building when required
- Follow up with tenants regarding rent collection and non-payment
- Monitor the progress of work being done in vacant units, and ensure management is aware of any delays
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
