AMJ Campbell KW has a full time Accounting & Administration position available in Cambridge, ON.

Accounting Clerk administrative responsibilities:

- Accounts Receivable: invoicing, recording revenues, and collecting payments from daily operations, weekly review of AR aging and assist with collection of delinquent accounts
- Prepare and record weekly payroll working with division managers to ensure timely completion.
- Analyze and maintain select general ledger accounts
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports
- Various clerical duties including physical and electronic records maintenance
- All other accounting related and administrative duties as required, including maintaining confidentiality with customer information at all times

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail
- Outstanding communication (written/verbal)
- Ability to work independently under guidance of the Accounting Controller
- Highly motivated, driven, professional with a positive attitude
- Proficiency with MS outlook, MS word and MS Excel
- 1+ years of related experience
- Working hours: Monday - Friday

Good to have:

- Completion of a post-secondary diploma/degree in accounting, business, or a related field
- Experience in the Canadian Transportation Industry
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
