**WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?**
- **Perform accounting responsibilities including**:
- Obtain approval for accounts payable invoices, three-way matching and entry of invoices into ERP system
- Input general ledger entries throughout the month
- Review and update inventory tracking as required
- Monthly reconciliate of credit card expense reports
- Assist with capital asset management
- Compare financial data and investigate discrepancies
- Assist with month end accounting functions and reports
- Provide assistance with annual budgeting
**Perform administrative duties including**:
- Greet visitors entering the building, answering any questions and providing directions to contacts
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels; place orders as required; and arrange for servicing of office equipment
- Assist with the management of the company pool car, arranging service when required and getting gas
- Organize company events including barbeques, monthly raffles etc.
- Arrange hotel and car service for visitors
- Track invoices, safety observation forms as well as other safety items in the appropriate program
- Manage and order badges, team member and visitor
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
- Present a positive and professional image of the organization when interacting with employees, clients/customers, visitors, and other external stakeholders
- All other duties assigned
**WHAT DO YOU BRING?**
- Administrative or Accounting diploma
- At least 2 years of accounting experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Ability be able to meet deadlines, handle stress, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
- Adept in Microsoft Office, intermediate to advanced Excel
