Associated Appraisal Company is a locally owned and operated residential real estate appraisal firm. Our office consists of five appraisers that provide services in financing, value estimation for home sales and purchases, divorce settlements and new construction.
We are currently seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our team for approximately 40 hours per week. This position is a minimum 1-year term with the potential to be extended.
- High School Diploma
- Two years administrative experience preferred. Real estate knowledge an asset.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks
- Able to manage deadlines and prioritize workload
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook
- Committed team player
