- The Intelligent Automation Specialist is responsible for the planning, testing and deployment of leading-edge automation, and artificial intelligence solutions at HPHA. Using a variety of tools, this position will report to and work collaboratively with the Sr. Project Manager, HIS Renewal, to identify opportunities for automation and AI-powered efficiencies in clinical and administrative processes. _
- This position will also work closely with members of the HPHA IT department, leadership team administrative and clinical staff to continuously move intelligent solutions forward, with the ultimate objective of making hospital processes more efficient._
- **REPORTS TO**:_ _Sr. Project Manager, Digital Health_
- **DATE REQUIRED**:_ _As soon as possible_
- **SALARY**:_ _$55.55 to $61.72 per hour _**QUALIFICATIONS**:_
- Education:_
- University degree or College diploma in the field of computer science or information systems (or relevant work experience)_
- Certification and/or experience with RPA platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere _
- **Experience**:_
- Minimum of three to five (3-5) years related work experience_
- Experience within a healthcare environment is preferred_
- Experience working in a variety of database environments with SQL as a focus _
- Experience with Microsoft.NET framework, Visual Basic.Net, JavaScript, HTML, Python _
- **Abilities**:_
- Knowledge of business process analysis and management approaches such as Lean (Value-stream mapping), Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, etc. _
- Workflow skills such as decision trees, flow diagrams, UML diagrams, process definition documents _
- Exposure, familiarity with machine learning and analytics capabilities for automatic process discovery, process analytics and cognitive technologies such as natural language processing_
- Strong understanding of cyber security best practices _
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills_
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills_
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment _
- Strong attention to detail_

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $55.55-$61.72 per hour
