The Opportunity

Are you a creative powerhouse with a knack for blending compelling visuals with powerful narratives? XSENSOR is seeking a Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to create impactful marketing content and manage our social media presence. This role is pivotal in shaping our demand-generation strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our products are effectively communicated across various channels.


Key Responsibilities


Graphic Design & Video Production:

  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere) to create high-quality, visually engaging content.
  • Design and produce assets such as brochures, case studies, datasheets, infographics, product videos, and sales decks.
  • Maintain consistency across all materials to align with XSENSOR’s brand messaging and value propositions.

Social Media Management:

  • Lead the strategy, content creation, and execution of social media campaigns to drive engagement and increase visibility.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure a consistent, impactful online presence.

Content Development:

  • Write and produce persuasive marketing content across multiple formats, including brochures, case studies, datasheets, infographics, product videos, sales decks, and social media posts.
  • Ensure all content resonates with XSENSOR’s target audiences, balancing technical detail with accessible narratives.


Qualifications & Skills

Core Competencies:

  • Graphic Design & Video Proficiency: Exceptional expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere) is essential. A strong portfolio demonstrating design and video production skills is required.
  • Excellent Copywriting: Strong writing and editing skills for diverse formats and audiences.
  • Marketing Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Vidyard, Webflow, or similar tools; willingness to enhance your expertise.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years in a marketing or content-focused role, preferably in a B2B technology company.
  • Education: Degree in Graphic/Information/Visual Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in marketing complex, technical products.
  • Knowledge of technology industry trends and practices.

Location

This position is based onsite at our headquarters in Calgary, AB, Canada. Candidates must be able to work full-time from the office.
