Account Executive - General Practice

Build and maintain knowledge of clients' operations and risk exposures.
Collaborate to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Review and revise insurance program in collaboration with clients, to ensure complete and appropriate coverage.
Resolving client issues and concerns in partnership with service team colleagues
Interacting and communicating regularly with colleagues to ensure expected standards of service are delivered to all clients.
Maintaining a thorough understanding and knowledge of all available Aon resources.
Introducing the service team to clients as their day-to-day point of contact for ongoing service needs and ensuring smooth communication and coordination with the client.
Collaborate on establishing client service plans
Supporting client relationships in order to cultivate new business opportunities
Coordinating the efforts of technical and support staff to service clients efficiently

10 Years of Commercial Insurance Experience preferred, but minimum 5 years of successful experience in a fast-paced professional environment
Level II Insurance License will be required, may be obtained post-hire
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written
Being curious and committed to life-long learning and growth
Customer-focused with proven relationship building skills
Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision
Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritize concurrent deliverables under defined timelines
Strong digital literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Package.
