Due to strong growth in our business and continued plans for expansion, Northland Floral is looking for an Office Administrator - Billing Clerk.
**Join our Northland Team**
We are searching for a passionate, easygoing, and self-motivated individual to join our Office team. It is your opportunity to grow in a fast-past, friendly environment where we empower people to lead and reach their full potential. **Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Fills in for the positions of Canadian Billing Clerk and United States Billing Clerk when they are out of office
- Receives incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate personnel
- Required to work later some days (1-2 days a week) on a rotating schedule between the Canadian and United States administrators
- Assist with or prepare daily driver packages working in conjunction with the Canadian Administrator
- Ensures claims and credits are issued in a timely manner
- Assist in month-end and weekly accounts payable/receivable reports
- Perform other duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in business administration would be beneficial
- Be able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
