**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule personal and business appointments
- Book and schedule travel arrangements
- Assist with personal tasks as needed
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and messages
- Reach out to community partners/brands as the first point of contact
- Work with the project manager to ensure deadlines are met
- Serve as a liaison between CEO and the rest of the team
- Proficiency in project/task management software (e.g., ClickUp)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in management, business, or an equivalent field OR a diploma with equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or project management-related role, with proven experience in project management
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, Buffer, and Zencastr
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Work Environment**:

- In-office position located in Beamsville, ON, Canada
- 4x 8-hour days per week with potential travel involved
- Close collaboration with executives
