The **Customer Service Representative** position is responsible for efficiently greeting and assisting customers with rental requirements, as well as general reception and office/clerical duties such as answering phones, making quotes and completing appointments to help customers bring their vision to life.

Standards of Performance Required:
Establish and maintain excellent company image through a professional, genuine, polite, courteous and enthusiastic approach.

Greet and welcome customer’s entering the store in a friendly, helpful manner and assist him or her with their event rental/sales requirements and/or direct them to the appropriate department for additional service(s).

Ability to work independently demonstrating satisfactory skill(s) and efficiency in performance of duties, new responsibilities and ability to cope with them on a day to day basis with minimum supervision.

Able to maintain a pleasant, courteous, respectful attitude and demonstrating professional judgment when dealing with customers and coworkers.

Capable in being proficient in computer functions/operations with excellent written and oral communications.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-05-06
