We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Regina. **The Role**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer parts orders, addressing pricing inquiries, and ensuring inventory availability to support our nationwide network of branch locations. Reporting to our regional manager, you'll receive comprehensive training and support to excel in this role.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Initiating outbound sales calls to customers
- Accurately fulfilling parts orders and providing shipping information
- Supporting field staff members with parts assistance
- Collaborating with vendors to meet customer needs

**Qualifications and qualities we're looking for**:

- Strong multitasking skills
- Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
