Brentwood Counselling Centre is a leading provider of mental health counselling services dedicated to supporting individuals and families through their journey toward wellness. Our team of therapists provides compassionate care tailored to each client's unique needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with scheduling clients using JaneApp, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between therapists and clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaboratively create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Dr. Gloria Lee’s content and objectives.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Schedule and upload content onto various social media platforms.
- Upload Dr. Gloria Lee’s blogs onto her website and schedule newsletters using Active Campaign.
- Collaborate with Dr. Gloria Lee to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Gather data and report social media metrics and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting with initiatives and workshops.
- Review and upload therapist blogs on the website with Wordpress.
- Maintain and update existing systems and processes.
- General administrative and marketing duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively remotely.
- Ability to take feedback and implement it.
- Ability to think creatively and repurpose content from Dr. Gloria Lee’s various product assets.
- Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
- Knowledge and/or experience in Psychology, attachment theory, and relationship improvement (preferred).
- Experience with systems (preferred): JaneApp, Canva, Airtable, Many Chat, Active Campaign, Asana, Later, Wordpress, and MS Office.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience (required).
- Experience creating content for social media (experience with Canva preferred).
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information (preferred).
