Junior Paralegal

junior paralegal - legal secretary duties include and must have experience in:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Corporate records and minute book updates
- Federal and Provincial Corporate filings and laws
- Analytical, problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and record keeping in both paper and electronic
- Strong computers skills and especially strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, word, excel and outlook
- Good typing skills
- Absolute discretion with confidential information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in French and English, written, read and spoken
- A strong understanding of corporate business and structures
- Detail-oriented
- A strong ability to support lawyers and Corporate executives.
Work Remotely

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
