We are an international service provider that plans, designs, and administers a full array of customized, cost-effective property/casualty insurance and risk management programs. The company also furnishes a broad range of risk management services including claims and information management, risk control consulting and appraisals to help corporations and institutions reduce their cost of risk. In addition, the company assists clients in all areas of their employee health/welfare and retirement plans, including plan design, funding and administration. Gallagher has operations in 69 countries and, through a network of correspondent brokers and consultants, Gallagher offers client-service capabilities in more than 150 countries around the world.
**Responsibilities**:
Gallagher Select caters to special, select markets including Small Business, Personal Insurance, Private Client, Gallagher Agency Alliance, Programs and Direct to Consumer. As a key member of the Gallagher Select leadership team, the President, Private Client will be responsible for assimilating teams and developing a strategy to achieve aggressive and sustainable sales goals. Gallagher’s culture is founded upon an unwavering commitment to ethical business practices. This leader must champion the tenets of The Gallagher Way.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Gallagher Private Client Growth Strategy
- Establish credibility across GGB Select and the retail brokerage (Gallagher Global Brokerage and Gallagher Benefit Services??) as a Leader capable of listening, educating, and effecting change that yields growth in the Private Client segment.
- Quantify addressable market opportunity.
- In parallel, assess client service capabilities, and build a strategic plan designed to efficiently and consistently provide white-glove service to clients.
- Serve as the principal advocate in communicating the Gallagher Private Client value proposition, the capabilities of the firm, our business philosophy and core values. Develop Thought Leadership materials projecting consistent messaging about the Gallagher Private Client brand and offerings.
- Partner with the Chief Operating Officers, Brokerage Services and Benefit Services? to develop a revenue reporting method to track and monitor both growth and future investment needs.
- Hold strategic planning meetings with key stakeholders, including leadership of acquired firms.
- Develop financial models and perform analysis to evaluate the potential impact of strategic initiatives and to develop KPIs that define success and overall profitability.
- Long term, blend domestic strategy with offerings of Gallagher’s global organization.
Sales Generation Support and Monitoring
- Drive top-line sales through professional network and client and/or prospect events.
- Stimulate new sales through existing internal retail Producers who have proven success generating interest in the Private Client space.
- Create lead generation opportunities through development of targeted, high-impact marketing plans highlighting trust and confidentiality
- Promote effectively the resources of Gallagher’s expertise across a broad portfolio of risks and relationships in the niche insurance market
- Ensure best-in-class client service support, including claim advocacy
- As an executive sponsor, assist bringing opportunities to close, as needed
- Partner with retail brokerage Branch Leaders to identify and develop a nationwide Private Client presence. Build this team by identifying high-potential internal Producers or external, qualified prospects.
- Enrich partnerships with carriers that have strong interest in Private Client business.
- Continuously develop mergers and acquisitions prospects in the Private Client segment.
- Oversee Gallagher Private Client budget and forecast with Select segment and regional retail leadership.
