Bilingual Consumer Affairs Coordinator

Reporting to the Consumer Affairs Specialist, the Bilingual Consumer Affairs Coordinator manages the coordination and response to consumer concerns and complaints. This person will make improvement suggestions and work on initiatives to optimize their work while increasing consumer care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responds to each consumer situation including correspondence and distribution of products/ compensation as required
- Identifies and escalate consumer concerns depending on the severity and sensitivity of the concern
- Ensure CRM is maintained and responses are timely and external trackers are maintained
- Look for and share improvements opportunities
- Participate and collaborate on projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English & French (listening, oral and written)
- Ability to show patience by staying calm, courteous, and professional, even when dealing with a difficult situation
- Technical skills including proficient in outlook, word, excel a must while CRM software experience an asset
