We are looking for a **Business Affairs Coordinator** to be based in Toronto, Ontario.

This role is hybrid.

Main Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Draft basic form agreements, revise/redline/proofread.
- Prepare various contracts and licenses (i.e. Producers, Distribution, stock footage), ensuring timely and accurate compliance by production of regulations and contractual obligations overall.
- Conduct clearance reviews of the scripts and movies
- Generate guild signatory and compliance documentation.
- Submit and track insurance information for errors and omission and support production with insurance inquiries.
- Support the Business Affairs team with in-production as well as third party acquisitions.
- Liaise closely and maintain communication with production team (coordinators, accountants, etc.) with the flow of production paperwork ie. contracts, wrap documents, and screen credits.

Who You Are:

- 3 years experience; including a minimum of 1 year in business affairs in the film and television industry.
- General knowledge of production and tax credits.
- Experience with industry unions and guilds.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Highly reliable, with the ability to self-manage, problem solve and exercise excellent judgement.
- Ability to excel in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive contributor and collaborative team member, with a strong commitment to leaning and excellence.
- You thrive in a busy environment and enjoy daily collaboration and communicating with a large team.
- Bilingual English/French is an asset
