Customer Service Supervisor

Eco Resource Management is a growing company specializing in custom waste and recycling services. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, team player to provide excellent customer care to our valued clients.
**Responsibilities**
- First point of contact; responding to requests from clients in an efficient and timely manner.
- Take ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Handle escalated client calls; keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Manage new business opportunities; create and send out new Business Proposals and Contracts.
- Set up clients and services on CRM program
- Schedule services
- Update all client contact details
**Requirements and skills**
- Must have 5+ years of experience in a customer service role.
- Enjoy speaking to clients on the phone and promoting services.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- A strong sense of urgency, well organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, efficient time management skills.
- Knowledge of computer systems and the use of programs. Proficiency in Windows programs and Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel).
This is a full time, in-person position based in our office in Mississauga
**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
