**Trust & Payments Administrator**
**Toronto, ON**
**Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000/yr**
The Trust & Payments Administrator will work closely with the Finance Operations Team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all payments, including trade accounts payable, employee expenses and trust payments (investor remittances, mortgage advances, and property tax payments). You will provide support to our dynamic team of accounting professionals to analyze costs, ensure completeness of all expenses and maintaining working files and documentation. You will also set-up vendors and bank account details in Dynamics 365 Business Central and online banking platforms.
**This role is for you if**:
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related role within a fast-paced work environment
- You always take ownership of your work and demonstrate a high degree of accountability and commitment
- You have experience with processing payments using an accounting software/ERP system (experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central would be considered an asset)
- You possess strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can respond to inquiries
- You have a proven ability to work under tight deadlines
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- You are enrolled in an Accounting or Business Administration certificate of diploma program
- Experience with process improvement would be considered an asset
