Post Sales Implementation Specialist is the primary technical Talent for the Implementation of the various technologies that PureLogic represents. Implementation Specialist works closely with the Sales Engineers, the Sales Engineers and is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. The Post Sales Implementation Specialist must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the implementation process. They also must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the implementation cycle, have a good working knowledge of project management and be able to install and maintain a myriad of Storage, Networking and Compute platforms as well as Cloud, Linux, Automation & Virtualization software solutions.**Key corporate responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Ability to estimate cost and hours for various technology implementations.
- Ability to self-manage implementations and must have strong Project Management experience.
- Project Manage manufacturer lead or third party white label services
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing timely and functional solutions
- Install and maintain various storage, networking and compute solutions as well as converged solutions.
- Architect solutions and work closely with the pre-sales team.
- Accountable for making sure product configuration aligns with the solution design recommendations
- Manage critical customer-facing issues and facilitate communication between the customer and infrastructure teams.
- Eagerly participate in provided training to advance technical skills and product knowledge.

**DynaTrace Platform** **responsibilities and accountabilities**:
The Dynatrace Specialist will be responsible for setting up, managing, and customizing Dynatrace to provide real-time visibility into our systems' performance. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure our technology stack's optimal performance and reliability.
- **Implement and Manage Dynatrace Solutions**: Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring tools within our infrastructure. Analyze and troubleshoot system performance issues.
- **Customization and Integration**: Customize Dynatrace dashboards and alerts to meet specific business requirements. Integrate Dynatrace with other monitoring and analytics tools.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Create and deliver regular reports on system performance, anomalies, and trends. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work with DevOps, Development, QA, and other IT teams to ensure that performance considerations are integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
- **Training and Support**: Provide guidance, training, and support to other team members on Dynatrace best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Dynatrace or similar APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications in Dynatrace or related technologies are a plus.
- Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance (Secret)
