**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive experience
- Optimize scheduling, minimizing gaps between visits
- Manage recall system and maintain accurate patient database
- Handle patient calls, appointments, and inquiries
- Process patient correspondence and referral letters
- Lead and support front desk staff, ensuring efficient daily operations.
**About You**:
- Minimum 2 - 5 year of dental administration experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a team lead or similar position
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
