Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Service Representative - Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at CEI Fleet Collision and Safety. This role involves providing exceptional customer service by handling all billing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that customers do not experience any payment delays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing assigned customer accounts/portfolios to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conducting thorough research to identify the root cause of customer billing issues and implementing corrective measures to prevent delays in customer payments.
  • Supporting internal and customer audits through accurate research and prompt responses.
  • Managing customer invoice billing preferences, including updates to purchase orders and contact information.
  • Creating, receiving, and resolving Service Cloud Cases to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Setting up online invoice access for new clients to enhance their user experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field, with B2B experience being strongly desirable.
  • Proficiency in both English and French is required.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Data Query experience is an asset.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
