Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Work under the direction of the Development Manager
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies and initiatives to drive online sales and revenue growth
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience and high conversion rates
- Oversee product orders to ensure prompt fulfilment; contact customers regarding product orders; resolve any customer issues and refund orders
- Work with our internal POS system to reference product SKUs, details, inventory, and price adjustments
- Add, update, and remove existing products from the website as needed
- Update monthly promotions/product highlights across the website and outdoor digital sign per schedule
- Prepare appropriate design files to send promotional flyers and items to printers
- Record product videos for Social Reels and take photos of products
- Create, run, and manage paid social ads and report on campaign effectiveness
- Monitor incoming customer inquiries, reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of e-commerce and marketing initiatives with overall business goals
- Update monthly iMAP product pricing from suppliers on the website
- Generate monthly analytics reports on our Google Search Console to track website performance, and customer behavior
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in e-commerce technology and marketing strategies
- Plan and organize company holiday events and social work outings
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency working with Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Rush, and Canva
- Experience working with POS system
- Solid understanding of content creation for e-commerce and social media platforms
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time, Temporary
**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
