As an Association Learning Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our learning programs. You'll be responsible for managing administrative and operational tasks, with a strong focus on the Association Learning programs and our Learning Management System (LMS). Your duties will encompass everything from scheduling and course setup to participant support and logistics coordination. This role is crucial in supporting our Association Learning team and collaborating with trainers across the organization. **WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Report to the Manager, Association Learning Programs.
- Administer learning experience logistics, including scheduling and communication.
- Manage learning events in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Conduct learning event preparation, including sending confirmations and ordering materials.
- Support facility and equipment management for learning spaces.
- Maintain accurate learning records and reports.
- Manage inquiries related to Association Learning Programs.
- Provide office administrative support, including handling invoices and supplies.
- Communicate learning initiatives on our intranet and LMS.
- Ensure documentation is organized and filed promptly.

**WHAT YOU'VE DONE**
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an administrator or executive assistant, preferably in a learning environment.
- You have experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- You work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- You’ve got strong interpersonal skills with highly developed communication skills.
- You are a self starter and can demonstrate initiative.
- You have knowledge of office procedures, processes, and manual filing.
- You have excellent data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
