We are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our Edmonton team Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

**What you will do**:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will assist our members with achieving worksite wellness and reducing occupational injuries and illnesses. This will be accomplished by providing the communication and administration for educational and safety training programs with integrity and passion, demonstrating leadership through collaboration with our members to provide advice and assistance, and providing accountability to our members through consistent administration of the Partnerships in Injury Reduction (PIR) programs and promotion of association services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effective use of Learning Management System (LMS) and learning processes involved in providing administration for virtual, classroom, and on-site courses as required based on course activity and membership needs;
- Maintaining processes and procedures;
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of course schedules;
- Coordinating MHSA services such as on-site safety consultation, MSO/MSA program, on-site safety meeting presentations, etc.;
- Promoting MHSA services and events through Social Media platforms; posting corporate messages, e-bulletins, survey creation and circulation and website maintenance;
- Participating in, and being in compliance with, the MHSA Safety System including: worksite safety inspections, safety meetings, etc.;
- Processing mail/courier services;
- Maintaining records and filing systems, both physical and electronic, including accurate data entry;
- Projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Effective organizational and time management skills including ability to prioritize;
- Proficient in computer use including MS Office;
- Experience with corporate social media postings (Facebook, Twitter, Survey Monkey, Mailchimp, etc.)
