Administrative Coordinator

Are you able to provide excellent customer service? Astro Studio is looking for an organized, analytical administrative coordinator, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to handle office duties and admin-related operations to join our growing team.
**Reception**:
- Greet clients, answer phones, direct visitors to areas of interest, explain our services.
- Monitor the traffic flow and keep a record of it.
- Keep studio tidy and organized.
- Be proactive to provide a positive purchase experience to our clients and build excellent relations with Astro’s stakeholders.
**Administration**:
- Perform basic clerical duties.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Keep office and design supplies organized.
- Assist our designers by providing administrative & technical support.
- Arranging travel/hotel accommodations for business trips.
- Manage all day-to-day ecommerce operations.
- Monitor and process sales, contact clients to arrange pick-ups or deliveries.
- Coordinate shipments with our warehouse team members, print labels.
**Position Requirements**:
- Degree or diploma in administration, e-commerce, communication, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Polite, pleasant, professional, and proactive.
- Fast learner and detail-oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Assets: Shopify, Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, Google Analytics, DDI, Nuvei, BuilderTrend.
**Salary**:Base salary.
