**Term and Location**:
This role is full-time permanent and is based in Ottawa.

**Summary of the Role and Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and results-driven Coordinator, Administration & Operations with a passion for customer service and a history of providing exceptional administrative support.

Reporting to the Manager, Administration & Operations, the Coordinator supports various teams and functions within the organization, including the Communications & Operations team, the Executive Leadership Team, the Canadian Chamber Network, the policy resolution process and the Board of Directors.

**Core Duties and Responsibilities**
- Sorts and processes mail for the Ottawa office.
- Assists with the management of our meeting rooms in the Ottawa office, which includes ordering catering, setting out water and coffee service, greeting guests and assisting with cleaning up.
- Assists with the procurement of products and services on behalf of all teams.
- Assists with the management of various inventories, including office supplies, furniture and equipment.
- Acts as a backup to the Manager, Administration & Operations during absences.
- Provides administrative support to Executive Leadership Team members, such as booking meetings and travel, completing expense reports and entering invoices into our accounting software, and providing scheduling/organizational support for our events and meetings.
- Supports the recruitment and retention of chamber of commerce members, which includes assisting with invoicing and collections, performing data entry, processing reports from our affinity program providers and responding to inquiries and correspondence from members and potential members.
- Manages the annual policy resolution process, which includes managing the intake of policy resolutions, answering inquiries about the web portal where resolutions are submitted, managing amendments to the resolutions, making changes to the resolutions during the policy sessions at the Canadia
