Hotel Operations Manager

The Hotel Operations manager is responsible for assisting in managing and coordinating of all operations of Front Desk, Maintenance and Housekeeping. The Operations manager will provide excellent customer service by recognizing and ensuring that the needs of guests are met in a timely manner.
The Operations manager will be responsible for the following:
- Assist the GM in managing and coordinating of operations of all departments in the Hotel.
- Schedules employees to business demands and tracks employee time and attendance.
- Ensure required maintenance work is addressed in a timely manner and supervise ongoing preventive maintenance throughout the property.
- Supervise housekeeping operations to ensure that it is meeting the highest standard of guest satisfaction.
- Strive to maximize the financial performance of the Hotel.
- Provide effective leadership and supervision of Hotel operations including sales, front desk staff, maintenance and housekeeping.
- Contribute to Diamond Canada Hospitality's goal of providing excellent guest satisfaction.
- Is able to communicate and maintain the highest brand standards.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
