The goal is to increase sales through various outbound sales activities in partnership with the Vice President of Private Wealth. The position will also be responsible for developing new contacts, servicing existing advisors, sales administrative duties, managing the database, and maintaining daily reporting on the CRM.

**The Role**:

- You will work with the Vice President of Private Wealth to identify, develop, and strengthen relationships with financial advisors within a designated territory to increase sales/market share.
- Proactively make outbound calls to schedule weekly meetings and/or book branch presentations for the Vice President of Private Wealth.
- Position the Company’s investment solutions to prospects and clients.
- Regional development activities; regular database updating in Salesforce database, promoting marketing initiatives and product campaigns.
- Execute efficient and organized project management workflows for product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Work with the Vice President of Private Wealth regarding the regional business plan.
- Coordinate, follow up and provide information to the various sales channels.
- Monitor the success rate of sales efforts in the region and provide a weekly report on new activity and sales in the region.
- Service the needs of financial advisors by handling incoming/outgoing communications, such as product information or assistance.
- Office administrative duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in an inside role with a focus on relationships with advisors in Ontario.
- Knowledge of capital markets with specific expertise with alternative investments, including experience in private credit and/or real estate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Detail and results-oriented. Well-organized, including the ability to work on spreadsheets and data management systems.
- Motivated and committed with a desire to be successful.
- Effective time management skills.
- University/College degree desired.
- CSC certificate preferred.
- Salesforce experience preferred.

- Base salary 75K to 80K
- Additional monthly and annual bonuses based on sales performance and targets.
