BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING MANAGERThe Business Development Manager identifies new business opportunities and manages the development of sales process for the entire sales team.**Sounds Exciting? Join us**

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- Generate new business from existing and new customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships to generate new business
- Develop and close new business opportunities
- Identify new lines of business and work with the team on marketing and sales strategies to go after this business
- Assist with the development of sales aids and promotional materials for new sales solutions
- Negotiate contracts to win new business
- Participate in marketing and business development meetings
- Assess market opportunities and develop business plans to meet revenue and sales objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies, methodologies, and processes to drive new business growth
- Oversee and develop marketing strategy
- Lead and own the development of marketing business cases
- Be responsible for the margin achievement of the account, and have direct ownership of the mix of sales across customer accounts to ensure a profitable program with each customer
- Analyze the profitability of current accounts, and provide suggestions for improving margins
- Increase margins and sales to existing and new customers
- Identify opportunities to expand margins through project pricing throughout the project lifecycle

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software (Intermediate)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate)
- Effective communication skills in English and in French, both written and spoken
- 5-10 years of relevant business development experience in process control and/or engineering projects
