Mission of the role: This role is responsible for managing new business development and prospecting of referral partners and associations to drive new revenue opportunities for DNE in North America. They identify business opportunities, develop lead generation activities and strategies for new alliances. This role will also be responsible for onboarding, training and ongoing support for new and existing partners, onshore and offshore BDR team members.

Primary Responsibilities: 1. Set strategy for the constant improvement of all business development channels; 2. Research, cold call, and close relationships with new Referral Partners (affiliate programs, trade associations, chambers of commerce, and commercial entities serving the same target markets).; 3. Onboard and train and manage a targeted number of new active referral partners as well as onshore Enterprise BDRs and Offshore BDRs. 4. Collaborate with other Sales Leaders (leading Account Executives and Account Managers) and Marketing to convert leads into closed deals.

Ideal candidate should have: 5+ years of B2B experience in high volume sales role At least 2 years of management experience in leading a B2B sales team A cold calling experience in selling a large complex products or service 2 years of SalesForce or similar CRM experience will be preferred

Compensation: Base Salary 100K + Bonus
