**What You’ll be Doing**:
As our Sales Coordinator, your overarching mission is to seek our new prospects, and provide support for our current clients in the Travel, Tickets, Sport, and Entertainment industries. You will conduct reviews on an ongoing basis, including analyzing Google Analytics results to identify opportunities for our partners to gain more exposure among our members and ultimately help them increase their ROI.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and prospect for new partners in your vertical
- Generate agreements for new partners
- Schedule and conduct optimization calls with partners
- Generate data and reports from CRM tool and website analytics
- Input bookings and setup new accounts
- Ongoing review of website content to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Ensure our offers are the best available in the market
- Manage and monitor the performance of our affiliate partners in terms of sales, traffic, commissions and returns
- Oversee affiliates agency performance and ensure assets delivery
- Coordination between clients and fulfillment departments
- Support the Director of Travel Partnerships, creating proposals for clients under tight deadlines
- Generating reports using analytical tools on an as-needed basis
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure receipt of payments
- Assist with the coordination of special events, conferences, etc. and travel bookings
- Assist with campaigns for partners and tourism bodies

**Qualifications**
- 1-3+ years’ experience in a coordinator or administrative role in a digital field
- Familiarity and experience using various CRM systems
- Experience analyzing and presenting reporting and analytics - ideally Google Analytics
- Proactive and solution-oriented with impeccable organization skills and pay close attention to detail
- Adaptable and flexible; ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and a fast-paced culture
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Ability to analyze data
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Ability to work in a team setting and autonomously
- Project management experience an asset
- Post-secondary degree or diploma
- Valid passport and ability and willingness to travel
- Upbeat with a positive attitude, ambitious outlook, and a desire to excel and grow within the company

We offer an attractive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary range of $42,500 to $47,500 per year commensurate with experience. You’ll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, standardized vacation time, and you’ll receive discounts on everything we sell from concerts, to sporting events, theater shows and more.

**Salary**: $42,500.00-$47,500.00 per year
