**Job Summary**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Support sales in the coordination and data entry of recreational listing forms, administrative follow-ups, and trade materials for Provincial Cannabis Boards and Key Retail Accounts.
- Manage and keep all projects up to date with internal master documents, budget support and POS processing for the team
- Management of meeting notes, action plans next steps with sales, operations and planning
- Administrative support to the Directors and coordination of activities
- Coordinate distribution and delivery of all external digital and physical assets
- Management of the administrative portion of the Purchase Order (PO) process for the Sales and Trade teams including vendor/customer setup, NDA creation, PO generation, receipt, and payment follow-up working closely with the Accounts Receivable department
- Delegating, tracking and escalating on retail customer complaints for the Recreational business

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions
- Experience managing a large amount portfolio of items/SKUs
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced CPG, beverage alcohol and similar professional environment
- Well-organized and approach in problem-solving and a get it done attitude, with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player and very accountable to projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor or Diploma in business administration or relevant field
