**1. Résumé du Poste et Importance du Rôle**
Le Coordonnateur de la Vie en Résidence (CVR) est un poste résidentiel chargé de la qualité de vie dans les résidences étudiantes assignées. Le CVR est responsable de la mise en œuvre de programmes académiques et sociaux, du développement du personnel, du développement des étudiants, du développement communautaire et de l'administration et gestion des bâtiments. Le CVR participe également régulièrement au développement de programmes et d'initiatives au niveau de l’entreprise dans le cadre du département de Vie en Résidence de Campus Living Centres.
**2. Fonctions Essentielles et Responsabilités de Base**
**Administration et Gestion de Bâtiment**
- Coordonner l'ouverture et la fermeture de la résidence aux moments appropriés (par exemple, déménagement, emménagement, vacances d’hiver, etc.).
- Superviser la gestion de l'occupation des résidences assignées.
- Gérer tous les aspects relatifs au Bureau de la Vie en Résidence, y compris les fournitures, la propreté et l'accès.
- Surveiller les dépenses du département et gérer le budget.
**Responsabilités du Département**
- Gérer les comptes de réseaux sociaux de la propriété.
- Soutenir les efforts de recrutement institutionnels en mettant l’accent sur la promotion de la vie en campus.
- Établir des liens avec les contacts de la communauté locale pour soutenir le développement des étudiants, tels que les commerces locaux, les services d’urgence et les services de santé régionaux.
- Maintenir une communication régulière avec l'équipe de soutien de la vie en résidence (Directeur/Directeur associé, Vie en Résidence et Expérience Étudiante).
**Gestion des Crises et Incidents**
- Faire partie de la rotation des gestionnaires d'astreinte du département.
- Connaître et respecter les politiques et procédures de Campus Living Centres.
- Effectuer des médiations et interventions lorsque nécessaire.
- Coordonner avec des agences externes en réponse aux crises.
- Servir en tant qu’administrateur de la discipline pour les résidences assignées. Cela inclut, sans s'y limiter, la gestion de la base de données des rapports d’incidents, l’enquête sur les incidents, et le suivi des préoccupations des étudiants.
**Développement des Étudiants et du Personnel**
- Maintenir une visibilité et une présence dans la communauté résidentielle assignée.
- Développer une communauté de résidence engagée et inclusive en mettant en œuvre le Modèle de Développement Communautaire, en dirigeant une Orientation de la Résidence et en organisant des programmes sociaux et éducatifs.
- Recruter, embaucher, former, évaluer et encadrer une équipe de Conseillers Résidents et/ou de Conseillers Communautaires.
- Créer et dispenser des sessions de formation pour le personnel de la Vie en Résidence, y compris la conférence de formation du personnel de la Vie en Résidence et les formations spécifiques à la propriété.
- Collaborer avec des partenaires institutionnels pour soutenir les besoins des étudiants.
- Soutenir et guider le Conseil de Résidence, notamment en aidant aux élections, à la création de programmes/événements, ou en sollicitant des retours d’amélioration pour la résidence.
**Autres Responsabilités**
- Développer et entretenir des relations internes et externes, y compris avec des comités institutionnels/bureaux, les propriétés de Campus Living Centres/Équipe de Soutien des Propriétés, OACUHO, ACUHO-I, CACUSS, etc.
- Exécuter d'autres tâches assignées.
**Santé et Sécurité**
- Exiger des employés qu’ils travaillent selon les dispositifs, mesures et procédures de protection requis par la Loi sur la santé et la sécurité au travail (LSST), les règlements et Campus Living Centres (ex. : port de chaussures de sécurité, restriction des cheveux, bijoux ou vêtements amples autour des pièces mobiles, etc.).
- Assurer la disponibilité des Équipements de Protection Individuelle nécessaires aux tâches des subordonnés, en bon état et enregistrer leur utilisation.
- S’assurer que toutes les formations requises pour chaque tâche soient identifiées, documentées et disponibles.
- Assurer la disponibilité des fournitures réglementées par le SIMDUT 2015 et des fiches de données de sécurité (FDS).
- Assurer la mise à jour et la disponibilité des ressources de sécurité chimique pour tous les travailleurs.
**3. Qualifications**
**Formation**: Diplôme collégial reconnu ou diplôme universitaire.
**Compétences**:
- Doit posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite ;
- Doit posséder des compétences supérieures en service à la clientèle ;
- Doit avoir une attitude d’apprentissage très positive ;
- Doit être capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément ; et
- Doit être capable de fournir un leadership fort au personnel.
