JOB OVERVIEW

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Work collectively with Salesforce Department, Business Insights, IT, Compliance and other business areas to represent National Sales for enhancements and initiatives around Salesforce and other informational tools
- Conduct gap analysis on business requirements and documents provided by Salesforce while communicating National Sales needs
- Assist the Vice President, Sales Operations in identifying deliverables and developing milestones for projects and enhancements
- Act as point person for department's general reporting and inquiries
- Create, modify and maintain Excel based reports for quarter end compensation
- Assist the Vice President, Sales Operations efforts including ad hoc report requests and analysis for National Sales

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Should have a minimum of 2 years’ related working experience in the Mutual Funds/Security industry
- Post -secondary Education
- Strong working knowledge Salesforce and/or other CRM databases
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills (problem solving)
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Strong relationship building skills
- Able to work independently and in a team setting
- Ability to "think outside of the box"
- Excellent and proven time management skills
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
