**The Role**: We are seeking a motivated Sales and Operations Planning Analyst to join our team at Open Farm. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Operations Planning, this role will be responsible for managing systems, enabling process, and collaboratively working across functions conducting demand planning analytics, score-carding, benchmarking, and measuring results, while overseeing inventory management. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing our sales and operations planning processes, ensuring efficient supply chain management by balancing fill rates, and working capital.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze sales, receipts, shipments, and other operational data. We are seeking a motivated Sales and Operations Planning Analyst to join our team at Open Farm. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Operations Planning, this role will be responsible for managing systems, enabling process, and collaboratively working across functions conducting demand planning analytics, score-carding, benchmarking, and measuring results, while overseeing inventory management. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing our sales and operations planning processes, ensuring efficient supply chain management by balancing fill rates, and working capital.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of sales and operations planning systems to enhance process efficiency.
- Conduct demand planning analytics using historical data, trends, and other relevant factors to improve demand forecasting accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on revenue, inventory, and operational performance to the management team.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Assist in the production planning at several different production locations, and work with the co-manufacturing team to monitor supply fill rates, minimum order quantities, and cost targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers, to ensure seamless coordination of supply chain activities.
- Proactively identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the sales and operations planning cycle.
- Support the development of strategies to optimize inventory turnover, reduce lead times, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Participate in the development and execution of sales and operations planning initiatives, meetings in the monthly cycles, and continuous reporting
- Assist in the implementation of new software, tools, and technologies to enhance sales and operations capabilities.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in sales and operations planning, analysis, demand planning, production planning and inventory management.
- Proficient in using analytical tools, software for data analysis (e.g., Excel, ERP (NetSuite), Netstock) and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret meta data and complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices, sustainability, and industry trends is a plus.
- Having relevant APICS certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
