Coquitlam, Canada Natural Factors Full time

As a leading manufacturer of nutritional supplements and other health-building products, we are dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers - through research, development and delivery of effective nutritional products. It is our mission to contribute to the lives of our customers, employees, suppliers and the communities we serve, in a cooperative and sustainable manner.

**The opportunity**:
Are you a seasoned QA professional with experience implementing and optimizing electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS)? Are you excited by the opportunity to lead the digital transformation of our quality management processes? If the answer is ‘yes’ and you enjoy working with a diverse and talented stakeholder group in a company that cares about its employees, we would love to talk to you about this newly created position.
Here is some more information to help you decide if this opportunity is for you:
**You want to**:

- Lead the digital transformation of our quality management processes, driving efficiencies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Enhance your eQMS implementation experience, engaging with stakeholders across the organization to resolve (at times) challenging and complex problems as we embark on a new Veeva implementation.
- Use your excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills to make progress, influence stakeholders and meet project milestones and timelines.

**You are good at**:

- Balancing strategic with operational; being able to see the big picture but understand and excel within the day-to-day realities of leading change, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of a new eQMS.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to capture business needs, assessing requirements, and make critical decisions relating to systems and processes that align with regulatory and organizational needs.
- Sharing and leveraging your extensive knowledge and understanding of quality management principles methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

**You Thrive in**:

- A complex, regulated manufacturing environment requiring compliance with the Natural and Non-prescription Health Products Directorate (NNHPD), Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) as well as other relevant quality standards (e.g., cGMP, ISO)).
- An environment that values new ideas, where you can demonstrate your passion for continuous improvement, and can support others to explore new ways of working.
- A company that demands a high level of integrity where all staff are treated fairly, and work-life balance is respected.

**You get**:

- A competitive salary with development opportunities (currently being benchmarked)
- Great benefits, including company matched RRSP, healthcare, health and personal spending accounts, wellness days, employee appreciation events and annual credits to purchase company products at discounted pricing.
- The opportunity to work for a company that prioritizes the quality of its products within a team driving change and setting the highest standards.

All Internal applicants will be given priority for consideration for the first five business days that this position is posted. After that five days, Internal applicants will be considered along with all other applicants; however, are guaranteed at minimum a call from the Talent Acquisition team.
