Client EngagementMeet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Incident ManagementManage incidents effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Client SupportConsult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Project ManagementAssign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.

Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in information systems management.
LanguageFluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Hours40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.
