Information Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Manager to join our team at Karas Security Group Inc. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Planning and Control
Develop and implement effective budget planning and control strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation and minimize costs.
Policies and ProceduresEstablish and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Product DevelopmentAuthorize the development of specifications for products or services, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Client EngagementMeet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Incident ManagementManage incidents promptly and effectively, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
Client SupportConsult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Project ManagementAssign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Operations ManagementPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
Work EnvironmentWork in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as information systems, computer science, or business administration.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in information systems management.
LanguageFluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Hours40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.
